All deposits are non-refundable. Puppy must be paid for in full, including shipping by eight weeks of age or all monies
paid and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited. Puppy will be shipped between eight and ten weeks of age.
Please have the
puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If a problem does arise, let us know immediately. As a buyer,
you are responsible for this puppy’s care for the rest of his/her natural life. Please give him/her the love and attention he/she
requires.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect within one year from date of birth will be replaced with a happy, healthy puppy. Breeder must be notified in writing with a report from the veterinarian at the onset of the problem. A puppy with a defect must be returned, at buyer’s expense, to qualify for a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or full, will be given. Breeder will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
